Paul Damon Littlefield, 96, of Annisquam, Mass., died February 10, 2017. He was the beloved husband of Lucy “Jackie” (Boyd) Littlefield and the late Emmy (Neiley) Littlefield. He graduated from Harvard College, Class of 1942. During WW II, he served in the Navy on a submarine. After the war, he attended Harvard Business School where he was a Baker Scholar. Paul’s career spanned many areas of finance. He was Treasurer of Freeport Sulphur Inc. in New York City, and then in 1962, he moved to Arthur D. Little, Inc in Cambridge, Mass., where he became Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President. He served on many boards during his career and after retirement. He is survived by his wife, his children, Diane Littlefield Ritsher, Elizabeth Littlefield and Peter Littlefield; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; a brother, Joshua Littlefield; and a sister, Melissa Littlefield Carter. Funeral services will take place at the Annisquam Village Church, 820 Washington St., Gloucester, Saturday, May 27, 2017, at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in Paul’s memory may be made to Wellspring House, Inc., 302 Essex Ave., Gloucester, MA 01930.
