The Villages Florida — Esther (Whitaker) Newell, wife of the late William Newell, with whom she shared 63 years of marriage, died at Cornerstone Hospice surrounded by her family. Born in Rockport, she was the daughter of Ernest and Bertha (Whitten) Whitaker.
