Essex — Terry Dunn Drorbaugh of Essex, beloved wife of the late Leonard Drorbaugh, died peacefully at home on August 6, 2012.
Born on November 17, 1928 in St Louis Missouri, Terry was the spirited and strong daughter of Henry and Barbara (Stanfield) Dunn. Terry grew up in Scarsdale, NY and attended Wheaton College. On December 29, 1950 she married her soul mate, Len, with whom she shared sixty-one years of marriage. As newlyweds they lived in Ithaca, NY while Len completed his studies at Cornell and soon after graduation Terry and Len moved to Quakertown, PA where they happily farmed and fulfilled they dream to have a family of their own. Terry rejoiced in raising five children with whom she shared and instilled her strong convictions for honesty, equality, faith, optimism and adventure. Despite her struggles with polio as a child, Terry never complained about the pain nor allowed polio to define who she was or what she could do. She filled her life and those around her with a sense of love, calm, wellbeing, and beauty.

GLOUCESTER: Dorothy D. (Stanwood) Skillen, 92, died on Tuesday August 21, 2012 in the Brockton Hospital. She was the wife of the late Richard J. Skillen with whom she shared fifty-seven years of marriage.
Born in Gloucester on October 17, 1919, she was the daughter of the late Harold D. and Jessie (Davis) Stanwood. She was a graduate of the Gloucester High School.
Dorothy and Richard opened their home to the care of forty seven foster children during the early years of their marriage as they raised their own children, having more than enough love to share with any child in need. Later in life, Dorothy worked as a nurse’s aide at the Addison Gilbert Hospital in Gloucester.
She is survived by three daughters, Virginia Gattenela, Laura Dunne and Stephanie McKinney; four grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. She was also predeceased by her son, John Skillen and her sister, Marguerite Kippen.
Her services will be privately held in the Mt. Adnah Cemetery, Annisquam at the convenience of the family. There are no visiting hours. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in her memory to Old Colony Hospice, 1 Credit Union Way, Randolph, MA 02368.

Born in East Boston on February 24, 1943, he was the son of the late Philip and Grace (Favazza) Mazzeo. He was a graduate of the Gloucester High School class of 1960 and Wentworth Institute of Technology, Boston.
Dominic had owned and operated the Victory Hair Salon on Center Street for many years.
In addition to his beloved wife of forty-seven years, he is survived by two sons, Todd Mazzeo and Dominic, husband of Magen Mazzeo; five grandchildren, Keith, Kevin, Drew, Lindsey and Izacc Mazzeo; a brother Philip Mazzeo and sister, Cathy Mazzeo.
His funeral service will be held privately in the Rosedale Cemetery, Manchester. There are no visiting hours.
