Elizabeth Jean (Soule) Randazza, 77, of Brooksby Village, Peabody, passed away Saturday, March 11, 2017, in the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers following her long illness. Born and raised in Gloucester, she was the daughter of the late Leonard A. and Hazel A. (Fraser) Soule. She attended Gloucester High School and for several years worked in the insurance industry and later for the IRS. Elizabeth was actively involved in the senior centers of Beverly, Gloucester, and Essex and enjoyed many casino adventures with her friends and many theater productions at the North Shore Music Theater with her friends, Ann Gillis and Michelle Nicolosi. She is survived by a sister, Judith Reed of Jefferson, N.H.; two nephews, Cory Reed of Austin, Texas and Eric Reed of Royal Oak, Mich.; a niece, Karen Reed of Austin, Texas; grandnephews, Jeffrey Plett, Brian Plett, Nathan Reed and Gavin Reed; one grandniece, Elizabeth Plett; cousins, friends and her adored cat, Caleb. She was predeceased by a brother, Michael Soule, formerly of Gloucester; the love of her life and longtime companion, Thomas D. Aldrich, formerly of Manchester, Mass.; and her cat, Precious. Her funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. graveside, Saturday, March 25, in the Spring Street Cemetery, Essex, Mass. Family and friends are respectfully welcomed.
